I do not issue gift certificates for the simple reason that they make no sense unless the person concerned is the one making the appointment.
Appointment Late Arrival, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, you agree to honor it (both morally and financially).
Late Arrival: Up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the session. After that, the slot will automatically be offered to someone on the waiting list. Any delay on the client’s part counts as working time and will therefore be deducted from the session; the price remains that of the corresponding service.
Cancellation - Rescheduling: Any appointment that is canceled must be canceled 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged (by phone or email to jivanaom@gmail.com).
If canceled 48 hours in advance, it will be billed but rescheduled. If you do not wish to reschedule, I reserve the right to bill you for half the cost of the selected service.
If canceled 24 hours in advance, I reserve the right to bill you for the full cost of the selected service.
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule our appointment if, 72 hours prior to the appointment, I have not received the completed form with the necessary information for the consultation.
Analyzing a birth chart takes time, which is why I reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment request if I do not have enough time to prepare for it.
ETHICAL CHARTER
Ayurveda - in France - is considered a complementary, non-conventional form of medicine. It is an approach that focuses on the human being as a whole and is based on foundational texts (Caraka Samhita, Ashtanga Hridayam, Sushruta Samhita).
I do not seek to make medical diagnoses or treat pathologies; rather, through compassionate listening, I support the individual on their health journey, helping them develop their own understanding.
The purpose of Āyurveda is to empower the individual to take responsibility for maintaining or restoring their own balance. The individual is therefore an active participant in their own rebalancing. The practitioner informs the client of the causes of their imbalances and the consequences of these on their health and well-being. It is the client’s responsibility to address these causes by following the advice given by the practitioner.
The information provided during appointments is in no way a substitute for medical advice or treatment. No claims are made regarding the initiation or discontinuation of medical treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, consult your primary care physician.
“Care” here is to be understood in its traditional and ancient sense, that of “taking care.” Choosing an energy-based approach is a personal decision that has a therapeutic dimension only on the symbolic levels of being. It requires your responsibility and discernment. If you are suffering from a medical condition, this approach should in no way replace essential psychological or medical care.
My advice is provided for informational purposes only, strictly for personal and family use. The “remedies” mentioned are not intended to replace or substitute for medical treatment. My consultations are not a substitute for medical care. In the event of illness, whether actual or suspected, consult a doctor.
